About Us

Concierge Yoga & Fitness, LLC was created to bring a personal and welcoming environment into the exercise industry.  Life can be overwhelming and usually the first thing neglected is self-care.  It is our desire to expand this personal service into a studio setting offering small group classes with the intention of helping all that enter to feel comfortable with themselves and their current fitness level.

Finding your path

Concierge Yoga and Fitness is designed to bring all your fitness desires, including your psyche, to you. My goal is to save you time by coming to you. The hardest part of starting a fitness program is showing up. Eliminating travel, parking and schedules allows you to find the time to take care of you. My mantra is “Let no one ever come to you without going away better and happier.”

I hope to teach you a new awareness of your body, mind, and spirit. I also hope that you’ll gain the knowledge and the ability to push yourself to new limits in each discipline. I take a very balanced and open approach to fitness and yoga. Cultivating a practice that meets your needs and blends with your personality, hopes, and goals. Instructor - Linda Carpenter



I maintain a 200 RYT Master Instructor certification from Greg Turner of Yoga Steps® (Yoga Alliance approved). In addition, I hold ACE certifications in Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructor, Fitness, Certification for Fitness Nutrition, and Barre Intensity®.  I received my aerial yoga certification from AerialYogaRx.  I have been practicing and teaching yoga and group fitness for over 8 years.  I incorporated personal training over 2 years ago and have been adding the additional certifications since then.




I am originally from Miami, FL.  I lived a briefly in Bath, NH and then Birmingham, AL.  It was in Alabama that I rediscovered my love for yoga. When I began my certification it was the intention of learning what was transpiring within myself as I moved through my practice. The teaching part just sort of happened.  In addition to teaching at the YMCA, and providing one-on-one lessons, I was a volunteer yoga instructor for a special group of women with invasive breast cancer through Susan G. Komen. It was so uplifting for me because no matter what they were enduring they still found something positive. They always found some reason to move forward.  These women will always be an example for
me to put my best foot forward and show up.

Instructor - Kathleen

Kathleen, pronounced “Kaught-lane,” is a mindfulness teacher and practitioner sharing the transformational trainings of the mind, grounded in kindness, truth and research-informed practices. She is a student of world-renown teachers, Tara Brach and Jack Kornfield through the UC Berkeley Greater Good Science Center and Awareness Training Institute. She teaches introductory courses, has led community and recovery-based meditation groups, and serves as a program manager and executive assistant to non-profits, social entrepreneurs, activists and spiritual teachers who work at the intersections of business, social and economic justice, and spirituality.
 
 
Originally born in Bujumbura, Burundi, she is a Flemish Belgian who grew up in small-town Nebraska and built a career in victim prevention and response services in Washington, D.C. She has served as a crime victim advocate for more than 13+ years for universities, local and state organizations, and for the U.S. Federal Government. Kathleen is committed to continuing a career in service that celebrates a deep understanding of healing, happiness and freedom. She loves journaling, running, swimming, meditation, dessert, and yoga.






Instructor - Michele Jain, RYT



Michele has her degree in Business Administration from the University of Cincinnati. In 2001, Michele received both her 200-Hour Teacher Training Certification and her 500-Hour Professional Yoga Therapist Certification from Integrative Yoga Therapy. In 2006, Michele received an additional 500-Hour Yoga Teacher Certification from Shiva Shakti Synthesis. Michele is also a Certified Laughter Yoga Instructor. She also completed and received her certification in Amrit Yoga Teacher Training in September 2011 and Amrit Yoga Nidra Facilitator certification in October of 2011. In August of 2014, Michele received her certification as an Ayurvedic Lifestyle Consultant from International University of Yoga and Ayurveda.






Instructor - Jasmine Estevez



Jasmine initially started her teacher training to further her own knowledge and  practice. Her love for the practice started with her first Ashtanga class in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina. She noticed how the practice of yoga, on and off the mat,  altered her life in such a positive way, she felt compelled to share it with others. Jasmine earned her 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2017, specializing in Vinyasa. She is also a  registered yoga teacher with Yoga Alliance. Prior to her certification, she practiced for 5 years with instructors who directly trained under Sir Dharma Mittra. She has partnered with local community business's and lead classes to help bring awareness to women's health, with nonprofit organizations such as Susan G Komen.

Her teaching style incorporates alignment, moving with intention and honoring the body, while connecting it with your breath. It wasn't until years into her personal practice she realized how to correctly  breath and it completely changed how she moved through each asana and how she teaches. She has worked with students of different levels and starts each class diving into breathing techniques. She is dedicated to being a yoga practitioner by continuously attending workshops to further her practice and to safely guide each one of her students through their yoga journey.







Dr. Vijay Jain MD



Dr. Vijay Jain M.D. brings 40 years of experience in General Surgery and 20 years of focused study of Integrative Medicine to his engaging integration of traditional/Western medicine with ancient Ayurvedic medicine. In addition to his Ayurveda practice, Dr. Jain teaches Ayurvedic certificate courses on behalf of International University of Yoga and Ayurveda which he cofounded in 2013. He specializes in Ayurvedic Detoxification (Panchakarma) therapies and Rasayana (Tissue tonifying) therapies for chronic lifestyle diseases and graceful ageing. Dr. Jain also co-authored a book titled "Unfolding Happiness" based on the principles of Yoga and Ayurveda, which you can get from Amazon.  Vijay will be teaching Quantum Breath Meditation.





Instructor - Xenia Preveziotis



Xenia began her training in various forms of dance and movement at a young age. She was involved in athleticism and dance (classical and traditional) since she was very young. She is Greek with origins from Corfu and Anatolia (Asia Minor ancient Ionia), the music and dance of Smyrne (Izmir) is part of her heritage. Her travels in many countries and around Near and Middle East ignited a passion for cultural dance and many years afterwards, while married to a USAF serviceman,  she continued her journey towards Dance, Pilates, Yoga and many movement methods!

Her specialty classes are inspired by her comprehensive training in pilates Mat and Apparatus through scholarships ~ BALANCED BODY.  She is also 200 RYT and Connected Warriors teacher, she has studied extensively barre a terre (floor barre) and barre while she was in the UK and acquired the I.D.T.A. Diploma of classical ballet dance, classical greek, freestyle and bellydance teacher with honors and has a degree in Dance ethnology. She has also studied Greek Folkloric Dances, Flamenco and Tango and has taken many educational courses and professional workshops in various methods including Zumba, Piloxing, Gliders, Foam rollers, primitive movement, and many more as well as specialty workshops on kinesiology, anatomy for dancers, Alexander technique, pilates for specific populations (knee and hip replacement) Fletcher technique and so many more!

Xenia is a dedicated wife and mother of 3. She believes that everyone can achieve well being.  It is never too late to start at whatever age or in whatever physical circumstance you find yourself to be in at the present moment.
