We offer a variety of classes for all skill levels. The class sizes range depending on the type of class. It is important to us that we maintain the ability to provide personal service to each member no matter the size. View a list of the classes being offered below.
& Corporate Classes
We feel strongly in supporting our community. We will be offering donation based classes once a month for a local non-profit charity and hope to be able to offer a larger community class in the near future. Sign up here to receive notifications.
Lessons/sessions designed and choreographed based on your current fitness level, needs and goals. These lessons are limited to individuals, couples, and families. Small group sessions are available at mutually convenient times. Increase total body strength, flexibility and range of motion.
Aerial Yoga (premium):
This is an all-level class, beginning and ending with savasana, that utilizes our signature deluxe flying yoga hammock to elevate you off the floor, simplifying your inversions, deepening your hip openers, and bringing space to your backbends.
Aerial Yoga is a method that helps students gain kinesthetic awareness and build cardiovascular and muscular strength in a safe and supportive environment.

Aerial Yoga Rules:
1. Be on time! For safety reasons, we must start all students together so please arrive on time or you will not be admitted into class.2. Leave all jewelry at home. This includes: earrings, rings, facial piercings, necklaces. They can easily snag the fabric.3. Wear smooth athletic clothes that will allow you to move. No rhinestones, sequins, big zippers. As these too can easily snag the fabric.4. No perfumes or body sprays or oils as the fabric absorbs the scent and can leave stains.5. No unsupervised practicing yoga poses in the hammock before or after class.
Ashtanga yoga builds strength, stamina and flexibility through increasingly challenging series of postures that become more and more acrobatic, flight-like, and magical as the yogi advances in the practice. Ashtanga classes are fast-paced, sweaty, yet meditative and fueled by the collective energy of the class.
Barre fitness is inspired by the movements of ballet, barre’s combination of fitness elements—including Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training—are highly effective in improving cardiovascular health, muscle development and flexibility. Barre Intensity® takes barre classes to a new level, with a specific focus on muscle fatigue and elevated heart rate to create an intense and effective whole-body workout.
Core and More:
Fitness classes designed to increase core strength and stability. These classes are designed using stability balls and Bosu.
The word "Hatha" is both the umbrella term for all physical practices of yoga and the yoga of opposing energies, ha (sun) and tha (moon), offering a balanced mind-body practice. The well-rounded sequences temper heat and strength with flexibility and stillness, addressing the body and mind in equal measure.
I AM Yoga Nidra™
Yoga Nidra is a sleep based meditation technique that has the power to take you to the deepest levels of relaxation where your whole body is permeated by peace of mind and profound stillness. No yoga experience is necessary. Can be practiced lying down or seated in a chair.
Mindfulness and Insight Meditation:
Mindfulness through insight meditation strengthens our capacity to open to what is here, and clearly see the totality of our relation to life's circumstances. The practice trains us to calm the mind and steady the heart, leading to an unfolding of our natural wisdom and kindness for the self and others. How we respond and relate to life's circumstances determines our happiness and peace of mind.
This fun, educational, and imaginative program helps to build children’s strength, flexibility, confidence and concentration in a noncompetitive environment. And perhaps most importantly, it productively channels all that young yang energy.
The Pilates Wheel® (premium):
The Pilates Wheel® that simulates a pilates reformer machine without the bulk and space. It is a total-body conditioning method teach the repertoire of moves originally designed by founder Joseph Pilates, aims to safely increase strength, flexibility, and endurance without adding bulk. Challenge your core in new ways to build stability, refine your posture, strengthen your back—and maybe even reshape your butt.
Power Yoga focuses on toning muscles as it builds flexibility and stamina. Your flow will focus on weight-bearing standing poses, which build the heat necessary to aid stretching. Perfect for athletes, stronger practitioners, and multitaskers. Power Yoga is an accessible way to increase flexibility while also getting a workout.
Perhaps the most popular style practiced in the West, these classes keep you moving! You’ll flow continuously through strong sequences of traditional Sun Salutations and standing postures, linking breath with movement and work to build strength, endurance, balance and flexibility.
Luxuriously long holds influence the body’s meridians and strives to deeply stretch and open the hips, pelvis, shoulders and spine to create space in the joints and nourish the connective tissues. The work in these deceptively challenging poses is finding the ease in the discomfort that arises and a meditative awareness of the sensations as they come and go.
